Bruno • Golden Retriever
★★★★★
"Bruno used to panic at groomers. At PawHaven he literally drags me inside! The team's patience with his anxiety has been incredible — and he's never looked better."
Divya KrishnanBruno's Mom • Member since 2021
Luna • Persian Cat
★★★★★
"The separate cat zone is genius. Luna gets her grooming without a single dog in sight, and the webcam let me watch her entire spa session from office. Pure peace of mind."
Arjun MehtaLuna's Dad • Member since 2022
Rocky • Pug
★★★★★
"Dr. Ananya saved Rocky during a midnight emergency. The 24/7 vet line isn't marketing — they answered in one ring and had everything ready when we arrived. Forever grateful."

Good to Know
Questions every pet parent asks us
Yes — for every pet's safety we require up-to-date core vaccinations (DHPPi/FVRCP + rabies). Bring your vaccination book on the first visit; we'll keep a digital copy and send you reminders.
Absolutely! Every boarding suite has a live webcam you can access from your phone, plus you'll receive photos and short videos twice daily via WhatsApp.
Yes. Our groomers and vets are Fear-Free certified. We use slow-introduction sessions, calming pheromones, breaks and — when needed — gentle vet supervision. We never use force.
Just your pet's regular food (to avoid tummy upset), a favourite toy or blanket, and the vaccination book. We provide beds, bowls, and lots of love. Medicines? Let us know the schedule in advance.
Yes! Our air-conditioned pet taxi covers all of Chennai. Wellness Plus members get 2 free trips per month; others can book for ₹149 per trip.
